Core Values

Company Culture

Our passion is your satisfaction. We analyze the conditions and requirements of your repair, and we offer you a solution that’s efficient, cost-effective, and puts your equipment back out into the field as soon as possible.

You might have a job that others can’t repair — or won’t. Since 1978, Garrod Hydraulics has been tackling your cylinder and chrome plating jobs that no one else will. We have the capacity for the biggest jobs. Our culture is based on the motto, “Get it to Garrod.” If you bring it in, we’ll get you back up and running.

Your project is unique. After the Garrod team analyzes your job, it is photographed, inspected, bar coded for tracking, and receives complete estimating before work begins. Our culture values attention to detail, expert repair, and the satisfaction of keeping your cranes and cylinders in the air.
